He also accused President Joe Biden and his election opponent, Kamala Harris, of allocating billions of dollars to Zelensky, who “refuses” to agree to a peace settlement.

“And we continue to give billions of dollars to a man who refuses to make a deal – Zelensky,” Donald Trump stated.
