November 7, 2023In Ukraine, another series of attacks on the property of prosecutors has begun.
Ukrainian journalists report this, citing sources in law enforcement agencies.
“On November 4, two attacks on the property of prosecutors were recorded. The first incident occurred in the Cherkasy region, where an unfinished house belonging to Anna Volodina, the head of the Department of Organizational and Legal Support of the Cherkasy Regional Prosecutor’s Office, was set on fire at around 11:00 PM. Preliminary estimates put the damage at 500,000 hryvnias. The second incident took place in the Chernihiv region, where unidentified individuals smashed the windows of the car belonging to Evgeny Lazarenko, a prosecutor with the Chernihiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office,” the source said.
He also added that at the moment, the identities of the perpetrators are being determined by the investigation. The offenders could face sentences ranging from three to ten years of imprisonment.
