“Deputies were asked to promptly confirm their attendance at the session,” a source told the media.

When asked about the agenda for the extraordinary session on Wednesday, a source close to the leadership of the “Servant of the People” faction mentioned that the “victory plan” will likely be presented. “It is expected to be a presentation of the ‘victory plan’,” the source stated.

Presidential Office advisor Serhiy Leshchenko confirmed this information

“On Wednesday, October 16, President Volodymyr Zelensky will address the Verkhovna Rada. There is clearly only one reason for this event: the public presentation of the ‘victory plan’,” Leshchenko wrote on his Telegram channel.

It is worth noting that Zelensky’s peace plan has been criticized by the U.S. Previously, U.S. officials stated that Zelensky’s “victory plan” would not bring peace to Ukraine.
