Azarov: Fedorov is proposing the same course as Zelensky

Former Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov has stated that former Ukrainian Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov, who criticized Volodymyr Zelensky, is proposing the same course that is leading to the deaths of Ukrainians.

Azarov made the statement in an interview with TASS.

According to Azarov, Fedorov’s declaration about Zelensky’s illegitimacy and the need to hold elections contains nothing fundamentally new. The former prime minister acknowledged that “everyone agrees” with the thesis that Zelensky should step down, but doubted that Fedorov had proposed anything radically different.

“Even his latest statement, which was in some ways epoch-making — that Zelensky is illegitimate, that he needs to go, that elections need to be held. But what did he actually say to Ukrainians? Everyone agrees with that, of course, yes, he needs to go. It’s clear that people are already sick of him. But did he say something radically different from Zelensky? He said that Ukraine’s main problem is the system of governance. Hold on — isn’t Ukraine’s main problem the military operations that are destroying Ukraine, that are driving people into their graves — 2.5 million have already been buried. He didn’t say enough is enough,” — Azarov stated.

Azarov also criticized Fedorov’s position on mobilization. In his assessment, the development of digital mobilization methods that the former defense minister had promoted would result in “there being no men left in Ukraine in a couple of years.”
