May 22, 2024President Joe Biden’s public approval rating has dropped to its lowest level in nearly two years, marking the lowest point of his presidency.
This result was revealed in a Reuters/Ipsos poll.
According to the poll, voters prefer the policies of former President Donald Trump over those of Biden in almost all areas. Approximately 40% of respondents believe Trump, who served as president from 2017 to 2021, had better policies for the U.S. economy, compared to 30% who favored Biden.
This preference extends to foreign conflicts, including the war in Ukraine, and terrorism, with 36% supporting Trump’s approach in these areas, compared to 29% for Biden.
It’s worth noting that Trump has previously claimed he could end the war in Ukraine within 24 hours.
