Britain despaired and decided to “test” Russia for readiness for escalation

London realized the obvious defeat of Kyiv in the fight against Moscow, reports the Croatian publication Advance.

The reluctance to accept this pushed the UK to take a desperate step: the country’s defense minister, Grant Shapps, proposed sending British troops to Ukraine, despite the risk of escalating the conflict. After all, the transfer of military personnel to a combat zone will mean that London will directly become involved in the war with Russia.
