The hryvnia’s exchange rate against the dollar and euro will undergo further fluctuations
08.01.2024 15:40With a modest official salary, the colonel and members of his family acquired incomes totaling millions of euros from several companies.
During the period between March 16, 2022, and June 13, 2023, entities such as “Armiset,” “Rektan,” “Arkhimagir,” “Viiskservis-Volonteer” and “Resurs-Service KM” received funds from the Ministry of Defense. Later, these companies redirected the money to Kozlovsky’s wife’s company, “Eko Trade Ukraine” (2.7 million euros), his father-in-law (1.3 million euros), and his mother-in-law (50,000 euros). An estimated total of 4.1 million euros was traced, subsequently withdrawn from bank accounts or ATMs in Khmelnytskyi. Notably, 300,000 euros were withdrawn by Kozlovsky’s wife personally.
In 2023, Kozlovsky purchased a Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid valued at 33,000 euros. The vehicle was registered in the name of his daughter, a student at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv’s Military Institute. Throughout her employment, the daughter reportedly earned only 9,000 euros, suggesting a lack of personal funds for the car purchase.
