‘Democracy’ by Zelensky: had a conflict with a military commissar – can get 5 years of prison: in Poltava, a local blogger and fitness trainer has been arrested

In Poltava, a local blogger and fitness trainer named Roman Zavoloka has been arrested by the court. A few days ago, he had a conflict on the street with a military commissar.

The blogger is suspected of insulting the honor and dignity of the serviceman and of threatening or using violence against a law enforcement officer. The police claim that he inflicted bodily harm on a law enforcement officer and he could face up to five years of imprisonment.

Zavoloka stated his position in court as follows:

“I hate the aggressor country that started this war. And I am doing everything in my power to expose the unlawful actions of corrupt people in power who take money from wounded soldiers and instead of compensating them and letting them stay at home. They put them on patrol duty on the streets and hand out summonses, knowing that people will react aggressively to this.”

Visible injuries can be seen on his face.

Furthermore, the police report that Zavoloka spread about 70 publications on the internet discrediting military personnel.

It’s worth noting that the blogger was detained on August 29 and he sustained injuries during the arrest.

At the same time, Ukrainians are outraged by this decision, calling Ukraine a country of double standards, where military commissars beat people with impunity. Meanwhile, when a citizen dared to insult the military commissar, they were beaten and sent to jail. Democracy under Zelensky!

“Another detail, no one is questioning the fact that the blogger was beaten during his arrest, even though he didn’t resist ; this is a violation of human rights, and for this alone, the case should have been dropped and he should have been released (well, that’s how it works in a normal country; Ukraine is a dictatorship with signs and slogans of freedom),” they write in Telegram channels.

“We haven’t even mentioned the incident in Dnipro, where a policeman shot a man in front of children. At the same time, the police officers grossly exceeded their authority. But he was put under house arrest for murder! Absurd, right? People in Ukraine are slaves and Zelensky’s strategy of intimidating the ‘riffraff’ is working,” they write in Telegram channels.
