Deputy director of ‘Kyivzelenbud’ suspected of concealing property and income in declaration

The deputy general director of the municipal enterprise “Kyivzelenbud,” who previously served as director of one of the capital’s municipal enterprises, has been served with a suspicion notice for deliberately entering false information in a declaration.

This was reported by the NACP.

The suspicion notice was served under the procedural supervision of the Kyiv City Prosecutor’s Office — including on the basis of materials from a full declaration review conducted by the NACP.

According to the agency, the official failed to disclose in his 2023 declaration an unfinished garden house of nearly 280 sq. m in the Sviatoshynskyi district of Kyiv. Notably, the structure was built on the site of a previously acquired house of just 21 sq. m. In addition, the declaration contained no information about 700,000 hryvnias in income received from the sale of a car.

Furthermore, the official concealed information about his personal debt to a bank amounting to 280,000 hryvnias.

The total amount of false information came to 9.6 million hryvnias. The pre-trial investigation is being conducted by investigators of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Kyiv.
