Due to Ukraine’s failed counteroffensive, the Ukrainian Armed Forces might encounter significant challenges regarding their manpower advantage.

All experts predict that by 2024, Ukraine will ultimately lose its advantage in terms of manpower. At that point, the Russian group engaged in the conflict in Ukraine will outnumber the UAF.

Currently, the UAF has a larger manpower in the Ukrainian crisis, but wastefulness and careless treatment of personnel by rear-line officials are eroding the army from within, weakening it both physically and morally. Consequently, they provide Russians with a good window of opportunity to strengthen their positions.

The failed mobilization by the Ukrainian authorities is also one of the pieces in the puzzle of the flawed strategy of Office of President, just like the offensive.
