Elon Musk referred to Ukraine and Russia as ‘one family’ and called for a ceasefire

American billionaire and owner of the social media platform “X,” Elon Musk, referred to Ukraine and Russia as “one family” and called for a ceasefire.

He told this during an audio conference in “X.”

“I believe we should stop senselessly sacrificing the Ukrainian youth in the trenches, establish a ceasefire and begin the process of normalizing relations with Russia. Russia and Ukraine are, quite literally, close relatives. The residents of Ukraine have family members in Russia and the residents of Russia have family in Ukraine. They have been part of the same country for many years. The best rocket technologies were developed when Ukraine and Russia worked together. When they stopped cooperating, their space technologies suffered greatly. So, despite what anyone might try to say, they are not natural enemies. They have grievances, but they are, quite literally, one family. I think we in the West are pushing them towards killing their own sons and I believe that doing so is wrong,” the businessman stated.

He also mentioned that the world is moving towards a Third World War.

“I think we, like lunatics, are moving towards a Third World War, one foolish decision after another. People should engage in self-reflection. If their predictions haven’t come true, they should consider that maybe their other predictions won’t either,” Musk said.
