01.05.2024 - 23:47Out of 160,000 Ukrainian officials, 2.5% have been mobilized for service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
This information reported by the National Agency of Civil Service on the official state website.
The actual number of working female civil servants is 119,696, while there are 39,637 male civil servants. Of the total number of civil servants, only 4,180 (of which 812 are women) are mobilized or serving in the territorial defense forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and voluntary formations of territorial communities.

This figure increased by 42 individuals over three months, of which 38 are women. Since the beginning of the war on February 24, 2022, 138 civil servants have died, and 263 have been wounded.
Currently, 1,180 civil servants are abroad, with 204 fewer individuals over the past three months.
Earlier, deputies proposed to exempt 70% of law enforcement officers and 30% of officials from local authorities from mobilization.
“We agreed that all police officers become exempt, not granted a deferral… Also, in the bodies of state power, in the bodies of local self-government, accordingly, either 100% are exempted (if they are leaders of central bodies of authority, category A), or 50% (categories B and C civil servants) of conscripts,” Venislavsky explained.
It is also worth noting that the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada refused to introduce a deferral from mobilization for officials, diplomats, and priests.
