Finnish president: Europe-Russia dialogue on Ukraine may begin in the coming weeks

Finnish President Alexander Stubb suggested that there are quiet signals of Russia’s readiness for dialogue with the European Union on the situation in Ukraine.

This was reported by Yle, citing “Yevropeyska Pravda.”

According to Stubb, both informal and diplomatic contacts at the European level continue to operate.

The Finnish president also stressed that Ukraine is today in a significantly stronger position than at any point during this war. He also noted that the United States is currently occupied with resolving the Iran issue.
