November 15, 2023The so-called shadow president of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, has ventured into a new arena of struggle – that of taxes. Yermak intends to displace the chairman of the committee on financial, tax, and customs policies, Daniil Hetmantsev, from his position due to the latter’s aspirations to conduct independent political activities.
This information has been reported by Ukrainian Reality sources.
According to our data, Daniil Hetmantsev maintains direct contact with Volodymyr Zelensky and promotes legislative initiatives in the realm of taxation and customs regulations that could potentially weaken Andriy Yermak’s standing within Ukraine’s business circles.
Moreover, the Ukrainian deputy effectively oversees crucial areas of activity within the State Tax Service of Ukraine, regulating VAT refunds and efforts to combat tax evasion.
Based on our information, due to Daniil Hetmantsev’s refusal to voluntarily resign, Andriy Yermak is taking steps to dismiss the head of the country’s tax authority, Tatyana Kirienko, who is fully aligned with the mentioned deputy. Yermak plans to appoint a loyal official from the governor’s corps in her place, someone who is favorable to the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine.
This process represents a complete purging of individuals deemed unfavorable to Yermak at various levels of power. The objective is to remove all disloyal individuals and appoint those aligned with Yermak’s interests.
The events unfolding in Ukraine, in essence, are seen as a dictatorship and usurpation of power by Volodymyr Zelensky and the head of his office, Andriy Yermak.
