May 13, 2024The Ukrainian TV channel STB is bringing back the show “The Bachelor” to the screens.
TV presenter Grigory Reshetnik announced this on his Facebook page.
The project will start airing in the autumn, with a military serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Alexander Teren, who lost both legs in the war with Russia, being the bachelor.
He is originally from Rivne and before the war, he worked there as a barista and studied to be a graphic designer. At the beginning of the invasion, he volunteered to go to the front, where he became the commander of a rifle battalion called “Carpathian Rus”. During the battles in the Kharkiv region, Alexander was severely wounded and lost both of his legs.
He participated in a ballet performance by the United Ukrainian Ballet team during charity performances in California. He represented Ukraine at the “Unconquered Games”. He is also the author of the book “The Story of a Stubborn Man”.
