Hooligans who attacked passersby were detained in Ivano-Frankivsk

In Ivano-Frankivsk, guys who were beating up passersby and spraying gas from canisters at them have been detained.

This was reported by the National Police of the Ivano-Frankivsk region.

“The hooligans have been taken to the local police station,” Onishchuk wrote.

In a video published by the police, one of the guys stated that they “decided to create hype.”

“We didn’t intend to harm people, and most of our hits were simulated,” one of the attackers said.

A case has been opened under the article “Hooliganism.”

To recall earlier videos have surfaced online from Ivano-Frankivsk showing men assaulting random passersby, including elderly individuals, on the streets, using gas canisters.
