In Chernivtsi, employees of the territorial recruitment center attempted to forcibly detain a man

A video of a street altercation in Chernivtsi has surfaced, where it is claimed that employees of the territorial recruitment center attempted to forcefully detain a man.

The footage from a car’s dashcam was published on local Telegram channels.

The video begins with a person in black civilian clothing on the left side of the city street appearing agitated and saying something to two men in military uniforms, accompanied by audible profanity. Presumably, the passerby refused to comply with a demand, possibly from the territorial recruitment center workers.

Following this, one of the military personnel retrieved a rifle from a car parked on the other side of the road and chased after the passerby, who had by then walked further down the street, being pursued by another person in camouflage.

In front of one of the buildings, the military personnel attempted to grab the man, approaching him from both sides, but the passerby assumed a defensive stance and began gesturing with his hands. At one point, a serviceman delivered a glancing blow with the rifle butt to the area around the passerby’s left elbow. After this, the passerby fled further along the roadway. Two military personnel continued moving in pursuit of him.

The conclusion of the chase is unknown.
