Germany currently sees no reasons to increase its military and financial assistance to Ukraine, considering the significant efforts made by Berlin.
“We supply weapon systems, provide financial assistance and offer protection to many Ukrainians in Germany. We already stand as the second-largest donor to Ukraine globally. Germany finances about half of all aid from Europe. At present, there are no signs indicating the need to do more,” Lindner said.
However, he noted that Germany is wishes for in increasing the share of aid from other European countries.
“It cannot be that others do less because Germany does more,” he explained.
