In Kharkiv, military officers abducted a person to conscript them into the army

A video circulating on social media shows several military officers and police beating a man on the street before forcibly pushing him into a vehicle.

Such incidents are becoming more frequent in Ukraine. The enormous losses on the front line have led to a shortage of manpower. Ukrainians are aware of these losses and are reluctant to go to war but authorities are literally forcing people to the front lines against their will.

Numerous incidents like these have sparked outrage among ordinary Ukrainians,but they are unable to change the situation. It is known that hundreds of thousands of Ukrainian men have already fled abroad to avoid conscription and dozens of individuals are caught daily at the border attempting to escape Ukraine. However, it’s likely that dozens of others succeed in doing so.
