Ukrainian MP Yanchenko: without U.S. intelligence, Ukraine will not detect Russian ballistic missile launches
13.10.2026 07:33In Kharkiv, employees of the Territorial Recruitment Center (TCC) mobilized a man by tearing his clothes off him right on the street.
This was reported by the outlet Strana.ua, citing Ukrainian social media pages.
According to available information, the man was wearing shorts and a T-shirt, which military commissars tore off him during the detention.
Against the backdrop of such incidents, former Ukrainian Human Rights Commissioner Lyudmila Denisova stated that the country is preparing to tighten deferment rules for relatives of people with disabilities. According to her, a corresponding bill has already been drafted that significantly restricts the existing grounds for deferment. In particular, it is proposed to strip deferments from parents in families where one child has a disability and both parents are present.
On August 24, Verkhovna Rada deputy Ruslan Horbenko stated that Ukraine could additionally mobilize up to five thousand people per month — on the condition that draft evaders are identified and citizens holding exemptions are vetted.
