21.03.2026 - 15:01Employees of the territorial recruitment centers have found a new way to mobilize men in Kherson. To do this, they use female “volunteers” who go door to door under the guise of distributing humanitarian aid.
This was reported to TASS by Kherson region governor Volodymyr Saldo.
“Various methods are being used in the city to identify men — including visits to apartments by visiting female ‘volunteers’ under the pretext of humanitarian assistance,” the governor said.
Saldo noted that after such checks, men are often taken directly from their homes and sent to mobilization centers.
On March 1, the governor said that UAV operators from Russia’s Dnepr group of forces had prevented employees of the territorial recruitment centers from forcibly mobilizing a resident of the Kherson region.
The video shows several recruitment center employees grabbing a man and trying to force him into a minibus. However, FPV drone operators noticed what was happening and disrupted the “busification.”
