The woman’s name is Galina Savchenko. She claimed to represent an organization registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine. However, she did not specify which organization.

According to law enforcement officers, Galina Savchenko has been coming with Soviet symbols for several years now.
Law enforcement officers stated that if she did not remove the pilotka (Soviet military cap) with Soviet symbols, she would be taken to the Pechersk police department.
Later, it became known that an administrative offense protocol was drawn up against Galina Savchenko, the pensioner who came in a Soviet uniform to the Eternal Flame in Kyiv, for wearing Soviet symbols.
Passersby began to defend the pensioner and argue with the police to release her.
