In Lviv, a man who published the locations of draft summons distributions was sentenced

A Lviv court has given a probationary period to the administrator of a Telegram channel that shared information about locations where military draft notices were being distributed in the region.

This was reported by local media.

The man was released from prison because he entered into a plea agreement with the prosecutor during the pre-trial investigation stage.

As a result, he was sentenced to five years in prison but was released on probation for a two-year period.

It should be noted that in Mukachevo, military recruiters beat a man and pushed him into a van. It is claimed that the man himself approached the entrance door of the Mukachevo district territorial recruitment center and knocked on it. While on duty, a serviceman opened the door. At the same time, the visitor unexpectedly hit the serviceman on the head with a glass bottle and attempted to flee. The group of servicemen from the daily guard at the Mukachevo district territorial recruitment center immediately responded to this act of aggression and detained the attacker, using force to prevent him from escaping before the police arrived.

Earlier, a resident of the Odessa region was fined 170,000 UAH for sharing information in a messenger about the locations where draft notices were being distributed.
