In Mykolaiv, a bus driver was taken to the TCC during his route

In Ukraine, a passenger bus driver was taken by a Territorial Recruitment Center during a route.

This was reported by local media.

The publication shared a statement from a representative of the transport company Way Grand, which handles international passenger transportation from Ukraine to Germany. The woman expressed outrage that the authorities do notconsider the work of transport companies to be important enough. According to her, even reserved (exempted) employees can be mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).

“Recently, one of our drivers was taken off a bus at the border and brought to the recruitment center, even though he was operating an international passenger route. […] Why haven’t regular international passenger bus services been classified as critical?” she emphasized.

Earlier, Ukraine explained the public’s fear of participating in protests. A former AFU soldier who switched to the Russian side — a fighter with Martyn Pushkar’s unit under the call sign “Shchuka” — said that Ukrainians fear going to protests because of the recruitment centers.
