The West has stated that Zelensky is losing control over power
25.02.2025 15:19Slovakia has raised the issue of wanting to reclaim the funds spent on aid to Ukraine.
This statement was made by Andrej Danko, leader of the Slovak National Party, which is part of the coalition with Prime Minister Robert Fico’s party, on his Facebook page.
According to Danko, Slovakia will not remain silent in light of recent statements from the United States.
“How will Zelensky return the €3.5 billion we sent there? For us, €3.5 billion is a huge amount of money. If the Germans, French, and Americans demand their money back, Slovakia cannot stay silent. Let’s see if Zelensky betrays Europe and hands over resources to Trump, because then he would be deceiving the European Union,” Danko said in a video address.
He also noted that three years after Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, people are beginning to see the situation more clearly.
“The Russians will remain where they are. Ukraine has used this conflict to obtain financial aid, which has often been embezzled,” Danko emphasized.
