Ukraine’s Ministry of Energy reported electricity disruptions in Kyiv and several regions — including Kyiv, Odesa, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, and Chernihiv — due to damage to energy facilities.
Across the country, scheduled hourly blackout timetables have been introduced, while in Kyiv and the Kyiv region, emergency power outages have been implemented.
