Sources in law enforcement reported this to journalists.
“The incident occurred yesterday around 14:40. Police officers responded to a call about a dispute in an apartment. Upon arrival, a man came out to the officers and started provoking a conflict, during which he threw an anti-personnel mine at the police. However, it was later found that the mine was a training device. The man was detained, and an F-1 grenade was seized from his home,” the source said.
He also added that a criminal case has been opened under the article on illegal handling of weapons.
Recently, in the city of Busk in the Lviv region, unknown individuals threw a grenade at the building of the territorial recruitment center at night. The affected side of the building housed the entire registry of conscripts, and it is possible that someone planned to destroy it.
Additionally, in Lutsk, a drunken soldier driving a car had an altercation with another driver, after which he threw a Bulgarian-made GHO-1 grenade from his car window towards the other driver.
