Advisor to the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Mykhailo Podoliak, hopes that EU countries will make a decision to bring Ukrainian men back from abroad.

He made this statement during an interview with the YouTube channel of the Delfi publication.

“There definitely needs to be a common European decision on this issue. It looks strange that the country is bleeding, while young men have managed to leave and are not supporting their country,” said the advisor to the Head of the Presidential Office.

Recently, Podoliak commented on the situation regarding the refusal of Ukrainians abroad to receive consular services and passports. According to him, this is the state’s response to citizens’ refusal to fulfill their obligations to Ukraine.
