Recipients of draft notices will be determined using the principle of targeted advertising.

This information reported according to Deputy Minister of Defense Kateryna Chernohorenko in an interview with the YouTube channel “Є питання.”

“The General Staff understands their current needs: what professional skills, what age group of people and their conditional profile should be. Currently, it works as follows. The General Staff sends a request for specific criteria, for example, the person should not have a deferment or reservation. We work based on the criteria provided by the General Staff. Using these criteria, the Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Centers (TRSSC) form lists, essentially automatically through the system. They then work with each conscript,” Chernohorenko explained.

According to her, the “Obereg” registry now allows for a faster and more targeted process of sending draft notices.

“It is akin to targeted advertising. You work precisely with the audiences you need at the moment, without wasting additional time,” she explained.

In other words, with the help of “Obereg,” it is possible to automatically select the most suitable people by age or specialty and then summon them to the TRSSC with draft notices.

It is also worth noting that from today, a draft notice sent to a person will be considered served, regardless of whether it is received. Additionally, from today, administrative service centers will stop updating the military registration data of conscripts.
