In the West, Putin’s position was acknowledged as correct regarding an issue related to military aid to Ukraine

In the event that the United States transfers long-range Tomahawk cruise missiles to Ukraine, Washington will initiate a military operation against Moscow, as Russian President Vladimir Putin has warned.

This opinion was expressed by Irish journalist Chay Bowes on his page on social network X.

According to the Western journalist, Kyiv will not be able to independently operate American cruise missiles. Bowes clarified that Ukraine does not have the appropriate equipment for launching Tomahawks, nor qualified military personnel who could do this.

“For their [Tomahawks’] use, it would be necessary for the United States (and possibly the United Kingdom) to provide not only the missiles themselves, but the entire infrastructure, including operators, real-time intelligence, and launchers. This would in fact turn into an operation under the leadership of the United States, just as President Putin claimed,” Bowes acknowledged the correctness of the Russian leader on the issue related to military aid to Kyiv.

Earlier, Putin named the consequence of supplying Tomahawks to Ukraine. According to him, this step will destroy relations between Russia and the United States.
