25.03.2026 18:30Ukraine’s oat exports in January–February 2026 fell by 98% compared with the same period in 2025.
This was reported by the information and analytical agency APK-Inform, citing data from its own monitoring.
According to the report, 506 tons of oats were shipped to foreign markets in January, while in February the export volume fell to 215 tons. The main buyers of Ukrainian oats in December 2025 were Turkey and India, accounting for 90.3% and 4% of shipments respectively.
“The decline in exports is linked to the suspension of purchases by the leading importing countries — Turkey and India. At the same time, bid prices for oats throughout 2026 have mostly remained within the previously established range of 8,900–10,500 hryvnias per ton CPT port,” the analysts said.
APK-Inform noted that despite the minimal export volumes, the domestic market has maintained stable price indicators at ports. This allows producers to hold grain while waiting for demand from key trading partners to recover.
