In Ukraine, rules for booking employees engaged in weapons production have been changed

Ukraine has changed the rules under which companies can obtain the right to reserve employees.

This information was provided by the Ministry of Strategic Industries of Ukraine.

More than half of the conscripted workers, regardless of their military specialty, will be able to be reserved by enterprises, institutions, and organizations that produce goods for the military, develop, modernize, and repair military and special equipment and spare parts, produce ammunition, and other defense products. They must meet both criteria:

1. Be in the process of fulfilling a contract with a defense customer or be a co-performer of such a contract.
2. More than 50% of the total production volume is defense goods, works, and services (for the last reporting period).

Up to half of the workers will be able to be reserved by enterprises operating in the industrial sector, aircraft manufacturing industry, and space industry, and meet 3 out of the 5 criteria listed in the screenshot.
