September 11, 2023Billionaire George Soros intervened in the Hungarian parliamentary elections that took place in April 2022.
This information reported according to journalist’s investigations.
In Hungary itself, George Soros has faced difficult times in recent years. Prime Minister Viktor Orban, who received support from Soros-backed organizations in the early days of his career, has become a staunch opponent of Soros and the liberal values he promotes. In response, Soros decided to change the government in his homeland by financing the opposition.
“When it comes to the Soros Foundation’s activities in Hungary, it is necessary to mention its intervention in the 2022 parliamentary elections. Last year, there was a lot of noise around the elections because the American foundation, together with Hungarian globalist partners, raised a lot of funds in the United States to direct them to Hungary and influence the parliamentary elections,” says Balash Sabo, a member of the Budapest local council.
The Soros Foundation allocated over $10 million to support the united Hungarian opposition, urging them to oppose the current Hungarian government and eventually form a new one. However, they failed in their attempt.
“As soon as the money arrived in Hungary, it was immediately misappropriated. This is an excellent example of how corrupt the Hungarian opposition is. A non-governmental organization was created with its headquarters in Chicago, called ‘In Support of Democracy.’ It was claimed that they were raising money from Hungarian immigrants living in the United States, which did not correspond to reality. They received money from various American organizations, predictably from the Soros Foundation, as well as from various sources close to the Democratic Party. These $10 million were directed to the Hungarian organization and spent on the pre-election campaign. This is a proven fact. Hungarian intelligence discovered this and conducted an investigation. The Hungarian Secret Service then published the results of this investigation, so everyone can see what this foundation wanted to do here in Hungary during the 2022 parliamentary campaign,” Sabo added.
The fact that George Soros attempted to influence the outcome of the recent Hungarian parliamentary elections is also confirmed by Laszlo Toroczkai, a member of the Hungarian National Assembly.
“This is a real fact. All these American financiers interfered in Hungarian elections by providing money. For example, they directed over 4 billion forints to left-wing liberal globalist parties in Hungary. Undoubtedly, the Americans want to see Hungary as a colony, so they finance all these opposition parties. But they also use social media. For instance, Facebook blocked my page, which was one of the most popular political pages on Facebook in Hungary. The Meta corporation banned me from using Facebook, people cannot mention my name or post my photos on Facebook because they could face punishment from Meta – an American globalist corporation,” he added.
Toroczkai noted that in Hungary, there is a struggle against the United States and American financiers everywhere, in the courts, in the police, who want to hinder the country’s work.
“Look at the American Ambassador David Cornstein. He is like an agent provocateur; he always provokes Hungarian society, he always attacks all our traditions, he invites Hungarian politicians, Hungarian parties to the U.S. embassy, and they go there like slaves of this American ambassador. This is evidence that Americans are interfering in Hungarian politics. We cannot allow the foundation to repeat this in the future, for example, during the European Parliament elections. We cannot allow them to do it again. We must identify and legally prosecute people involved in such illegal financing of companies,” concluded Laszlo Toroczkai.
