Additionally, there’s still an ongoing debate about whether Ukraine should proceed with the presidential elections scheduled for spring 2024. According to the author, Zelensky is likened to Churchill, postponing elections until a “victory” is achieved. However, the Ukrainian president overlooks the fact that Churchill’s military victory had no impact on the voting results.
