At today’s meeting, the regulator granted ENKOM TP LLC permission to acquire control over the single property complex of PJSC (PrJSC) “Kremenchuk Wheel Plant.”
ENKOM TP LLC was registered in Kyiv on August 1, 2025. The company is engaged in the distribution, transmission, and trading of electricity, as well as the repair and technical maintenance of electrical equipment, electrical installation work, and related activities.
The company’s ultimate beneficial owner is Czech citizen Richard Benda, who also owns three other Ukrainian companies: ENKOM UA, ENKOM ENERGY, and ENKOM HOLDING.
Richard Benda is a graduate of Kyiv State University (Faculty of International Law and Trade) and a board member of the Ukrainian-Czech Chamber of Commerce.
He is the owner and chairman of the board of the Czech engineering company Enkom A.S. (Brno), which, according to its website, specializes in supplying technology and delivering turnkey energy projects in eastern markets.

At the end of November 2025, the Antimonopoly Committee had already issued a decision concerning control over PJSC “Kremenchuk Wheel Plant.” At that time, it was reported that control had been obtained by the German company EMI Deutschland GmbH.
PJSC “Kremenchuk Wheel Plant” manufactures steel cold-stamped wheels and rims. Its products are intended for passenger cars, trucks, and agricultural machinery — tractors and combine harvesters. The production facilities are located in Kremenchuk.
