Kuleba: attacks on Ukrainians in Poland are “only the beginning”

Former Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has said that the current trend of attacks on Ukrainians in Poland will worsen.

A fragment of his interview was circulated by political Telegram channels.

“Incidents against Ukrainians in Poland are only the beginning. This is not even the peak […]. I don’t think Poland is seeking to territorially seize Ukraine. Orbán would like to, but was afraid to even say it out loud. The Poles — no,” the former minister said.

Against the backdrop of Kuleba’s statements, the office of Polish President Nawrocki referred to western Ukraine as Lesser Poland. Among recent incidents in Poland, mention has also been made of a case in which a pensioner assaulted a Ukrainian woman.
