November 22, 2023In Lviv, another incident involving employees of the military enlistment office has occurred. They shoved a man into a car, while his companion had her phone knocked out of her hands.
Local publications and videos have reported this.
The video shows a scuffle between the couple and the military enlistment office staff. Following that, the man was forced into the car and taken in an unknown direction. At that moment, his companion tried to capture the car’s license plates on camera but a person in military uniform knocked the phone out of her hand.
This incident happened after a moment where one of the girls hit someone in the face.
Earlier, despite the Ministry of Justice’s prohibition on checks, the Lviv Regional Military Administration obligated military conscripts in the region to show documents on the street to employees of territorial recruitment centers. Moreover, military commissioners were mandated to check people’s documents, including conscription papers.
The document states that men aged 18 to 60 during wartime must have identification documents, residency permits, as well as a military ID or temporary conscription certificate. They will be checked by military enlistment office workers.
