Man stabs two TCC employees in Odessa region

On Sunday, May 10, in the village of Baibuzivka in Odessa region, a man attacked two employees of the territorial center for recruitment and social support with a knife during a document check.

Both servicemen were hospitalized in serious condition.

The press service of the regional TCC and SP clarified that the attacker had been on a wanted list — which is why he had been invited to have administrative documents drawn up against him.

“We emphasize: this is a deliberate attempted murder of defenders of Ukraine who were carrying out a state assignment. No circumstances can justify the commission of a particularly serious criminal offense against servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Such acts of aggression are a direct blow to the defense capability of the state and the security of society,” — the military commissariat’s statement reads.

It was previously reported that in Okhtyrka, Sumy region, a man detonated a grenade, injuring five people.
