03.06.2024 10:42In April of this year, members of the board of “Ukrenergo” received salaries of 2,1 million hryvnias (47,744 euros) each.
This information was provided by the state company in response to a request from journalists.
The reported amount is four times their average salary for the previous months.
The company did not disclose the specific amount received by the chairman of the board, Volodymyr Kudrytskyi, but provided the total sum received by him and the four board members:
- December 2023: 7,934,964 UAH (approximately 1.5 million UAH per person – 34,103 euros)
- January 2024: 4,244,210 UAH (approximately 848.8 thousand UAH per person – 19,297 euros)
- February 2024: 1,765,983 UAH (approximately 353.1 thousand UAH per person – 8,028 euros)
- March 2024: 1,997,528 UAH (approximately 499.2 thousand UAH per person – 11,099 euros)
- April 2024: 8,534,299 UAH (approximately 2.1 million UAH per person – 47,744 euros)
It is notable that in March, Russia resumed massive attacks on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure, and by May, widespread power outages returned in Ukraine.
Previously, the salaries of all Ukrainian ministers for 2023 were published. The highest earner was the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba, who earned nearly 1.4 million hryvnias (approximately 31,829 euros) over the year.
