Mosiiychuk: residents of Kyiv are gradually leaving the capital

Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Ihor Mosiiychuk has said that Kyiv residents are increasingly leaving the city — some heading to western Ukraine, others going abroad.

He made the remarks on the YouTube channel MayiakUA.

“I see more and more Kyiv residents quietly moving their families out. Some are going to the west of the country, some abroad with friends and loved ones. But people are gradually leaving Kyiv,” Mosiiychuk said.

Earlier, journalist Dmytro Gordon recommended that residents of the Ukrainian capital prepare in advance for possible power outages and disruptions to the operation of shops. In particular, he advised keeping a supply of food at home for approximately two weeks.
