In ‘Sluga naroda’ party they proposed creating a registry of numerologists, tarot readers, yogis, and taxing them

In the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, a “esoteric” bill has been registered.

Its official title is a draft law on amending the Law of Ukraine “On Education” regarding the introduction of legal regulation of relations in the field of esoteric education.

The author of the initiative, Ukrainian MP from the “Servant of the People” party, Serhiy Hryvko, proposes to create a registry of tarot readers, numerologists, yogis, and other “spiritual masters” and impose taxes on them.

“At present, there is a need in society to recognize esoteric services and esoteric education as an integral part of modern life. Considering the active spread of esoteric knowledge and thoughts among the population, the growing popularity of using esoteric services, as well as the existence of direct discussions and justifications within scientific circles regarding the appropriateness of applying esoteric teachings in human life, esotericism has effectively become a separate sphere of employment in society,” wrote Hryvko in an explanatory note.
