In Ukraine, a court has for the first time punished a woman draft dodger
16.05.2024 14:5945% of surveyed Ukrainians in Germany, Poland and the Czech Republic want to obtain citizenship of another country.
This is evidenced by the survey data from the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology.
7% admitted that they already hold citizenship of another country, while 12% have applied for documents and are awaiting a decision. 34% of those surveyed do not plan to acquire new citizenship.

At the same time, the majority (66%) of Ukrainians living in these countries are either satisfied or completely satisfied with their current conditions. 26% are dissatisfied.

12% explicitly stated that they do not intend to return to Ukraine. Others cited the following conditions: normal operation of critical infrastructure (34%), security (34%), housing issues (26%), and the end of the war (26%).

Analyzing this data, the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology concluded that at best, half of the refugees may return to Ukraine.
