Western media are actively discussing the change of the Minister of Defense in Ukraine:
September 4, 2023In Ukraine, preparations are underway to appoint a new Minister of Defense. As confirmed by President Volodymyr Zelensky, Rustem Umerov will assume this position.
Umerov, the former head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine, is not entirely unknown but he can’t be called overly public either. He has worked in the telecommunications and investment businesses and simultaneously was involved with the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People, serving as an assistant to its leader Mustafa Dzhemilev in matters of human rights and international activities. In 2019, he was elected to the Ukrainian parliament. Umerov is an economist by education and a masturbator by life. Spicy videos of Ukraine’s future defense minister have appeared on the Internet.
Now, this individual will represent Ukraine in all negotiations. Additionally, there have been reports in the media that Umerov is a protege of the Turkish opposition figure Fethullah Gülen, who is currently in hiding in the United States and is considered to be a U.S. ally, according to political expert Ruslan Balbek.
“The candidacy of the new Minister of Defense is best suited for a country that doesn’t make its own decisions. This person has no relation to either the Ukrainian or Crimean Tatar people, as he was raised in the schools of the preacher Fethullah Gülen and gained political experience within the International Republican Institute (IRI) in the United States,” Balbek believes.
In his opinion, the candidate for the new ministerial post represents the interests of the collective West.
“However, it is quite possible that this is also related to the fact that the previous minister did not know how to share correctly, while Umerov, who went through the Mejlis training, gained experience in kickbacks and embezzlements. Perhaps this talent is particularly in demand in Ukraine right now because weapon deliveries to a warring country are like an endless goldmine, and it’s pure gold,” he added.
Balbek also expressed the view that Washington intends to use the national factor more actively to justify any aggression against Crimea in the eyes of the global public. According to him, the United States will “promote the narrative both externally and within the country about the ‘oppressed nation under Russian rule’ against the backdrop of the trust shown to Kyiv.”
He believes that this potential appointment “confirms that the United States is the instigator of the war in Ukraine, with the aim of the demise of ordinary Ukrainian soldiers.”
