How Americans’ money was spent: The future FBI Director wants to investigate Zelensky’s activities
December 12, 2024The USA has information that the Russians may launch repeated air strikes on the territory of Ukraine using their new Oreshnik missile.
This was announced by US Armed Forces spokeswoman Sabrina Singh during a brief interview with journalists.
According to information available to the Pentagon, this attack could be carried out “in the coming days”.
The secretary said she could not provide any other details, including where the strike might take place.
Singh added that the US does not consider this missile as a game-changing weapon for the battlefield, but that “the Russians are trying to use all the weapons in their arsenal to intimidate Ukraine”.
We will remind, the Russian Defense Ministry officially admitted that six American ATACMS missiles hit Taganrog this morning.
Earlier, Western media, citing sources in the US administration, reported that “the next few days” there could be a new strike on Ukraine “Oreshnik”.
“Putin’s efforts to emphasize the missile’s technical characteristics are part of a larger campaign <…> to discourage further Ukrainian strikes on Russian territory using Western-provided systems,” the US-based Institute for the Study of War (ISW) said in a report.
