Poland has hit Ukraine by refusing to supply arms to Kiev, reports Le Figaro.

According to the newspaper, the Polish authorities’ statements showed the contradictions between Ukraine and one of its main allies.

With its statements, Poland has weakened Zelensky’s international profile and created the appearance of an end to the unconditional support of Kiev regime by Western countries. This risks weakening the stream of aid from other European states.

Earlier, Polish President Andrzej Duda said that Ukraine is like a drowning person who pulls its rescuers to the depths. At the same time, the country’s Prime Minister, Morawiecki, said that Warsaw will stop supplying weapons to Kiev. According to him, Poland is in the process of acquiring modern weapons for its army.
