“He’ll be obedient, like a dog”: new “Mindich tapes” featuring Tsukerman’s conversations have been published

Yaroslav Zhelezniak, a member of parliament from the Holos faction, has published another audio recording in the case involving businessman Tymur Mindych, who is part of President Volodymyr Zelensky’s inner circle.

The corresponding video was released on the politician’s YouTube channel.

In the recording, dated February 18, 2025, Oleksandr Tsukerman and French citizen Oleksandr Muzhel, a former member of the supervisory board of Centrenergo who is linked to Mindych, discuss appointing a loyal person to Energoatom-Trading, a division of Energoatom created to sell electricity generated by Ukrainian nuclear power plants on the open market.

On the recording, Muzhel says that Energoatom vice president, German national Jakob Hartmut, met with a certain candidate and said that “Vitya is less appealing than the former director of Centrenergo”: “They asked me the most important thing: ‘Will he be obedient?’ I said: ‘He’ll be obedient like a dog, he’ll serve you like a German shepherd.’”

The participants in the conversation then mention Vitaliy Hrynchenko. Apparently, this is Vitya. In the end, he was not appointed to Energoatom-Trading.

Zhelezniak said that later he will explain what schemes were carried out through this enterprise involving electricity sales after the appointment of a loyal person.

As a reminder, members of the Verkhovna Rada have called on Zelensky to dismiss Rustem Umerov from the post of Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council after the publication of the new “Mindych tapes.”
