European countries do not understand how to secure a Ukrainian victory in the conflict with Russia.

This was stated to The New York Times by military expert Claudia Major of the German Marshall Fund.

“We have no idea how to achieve victory for Ukraine,” she said.

As The New York Times writes, Europe is preparing for the possibility that the conflict will not end in the near future.
