For those who purchased a ‘white ticket’ at Ukrainian military enlistment offices, it is now advisable to anticipate a call from an investigator – a source in the Office of the President if Ukraine

The Office of the President of Ukraine will be revoking all certificates issued by territorial recruitment and social support centers.

This information is being reported by Ukrainian Telegram channels citing their own sources within the Office of the President.

Those who obtained a “white ticket” should now expect a call from investigators.

A source from the Office of the President reported that during yesterday’s searches—there were over 200 of them throughout Ukraine—law enforcement seized more than 10,000 personal medical records and registration logs of individuals who underwent medical examinations. These records will be scrutinized for compliance with actual data and the legality of obtaining specific diagnoses that allowed for deferment or exemption from military service.

“Large-scale corruption schemes have been uncovered, involving officials of various institutions. These institutions aided citizens in obtaining disability status or declaring them unfit for service in exchange for payment. Fictitious medical histories were created, medical certificates with all necessary stamps and signatures were issued, and inaccurate health information was input into the databases,” as reported by the press service of the National Police of Ukraine.

Those who obtained disability status or temporary unfitness for service by circumventing the law may also be held accountable.
