В Украине рассказали о нехватке денег на военные нужды
23.04.2026 - 11:20In the village of Strumivka near Lutsk, during an operation to notify men liable for military service, a man climbed onto the roof of a private house while trying to escape employees of the territorial recruitment center. During a scuffle, both he and an enlistment officer fell from the height.
This was first reported by local Telegram channels, and later the incident was confirmed by the regional enlistment office.
In a video that appeared online, several TCC employees are seen trying to detain the man. During the struggle, the man and one of the enlistment officers fall from the roof of a one-story private house, while another employee below tries to catch him. As a result, the man was dragged away by his arms and legs to an unknown location.
Later, a video of the incident from another angle was published. In it, TCC employees threaten to detain those filming what is happening. The man can also be heard calling for help, while one of the TCC employees says: “Take the gun, we’re going to shoot him in the legs now.”
At the same time, the Volyn regional TCC stated that the man who fell from the roof had climbed up there himself while fleeing enlistment officers and then asked for help getting down.
“While there, he asked for assistance because of his fear of heights, while at the same time avoiding contact with servicemen. A stepladder was provided to help him descend safely, and he himself pulled it up onto the roof, but for a long time did not dare use it. During an attempt to establish contact and help him get down, a scuffle arose between the civilian and the serviceman, as a result of which both fell from the roof,” the TCC said in a statement.
The enlistment office did not comment on the threat to use a weapon.
