Октябрь 24, 2025The front is holding at the limit of its strength; Ukraine faces the threat of losing major regional centers: Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv and Sumy.
This was reported by volunteer Maria Berlinska on her Telegram channel.
According to her, the defensive line is critically depleted due to an acute shortage of personnel, which gives Russian units the opportunity to advance inland.
“The front is advancing quickly, it’s splitting at the seams, breaking through. Russian infantry is bursting deep into the rear through our thinned lines, tens of kilometres in. Because along one kilometre of front we sometimes have only 4–7 infantrymen. Is it realistic for one person to control 150–200 metres? When the Russians enter the rear in small groups, they stay, accumulate and then attack. The kill zone from drones reaches 30–35 km. For every dollar we invest in drones, they counter with 50–70. For every one of our infantrymen there are at least 5–7 of theirs. There is a catastrophic shortage of people. The Russians are slow, cumbersome, with setbacks and huge losses, but every day they move forward,” Berlinska wrote.
She called for support to the army “so that we do not lose Pokrovsk, Pavlohrad, Volnyansk, as well as Zaporizhzhia, Dnipro, Sumy, Kharkiv.”
“If we relax, as we tend to do, these cities can quite realistically be lost,” the volunteer said.
